Downtown San Diego Rental Market looking Up
Downtown San Diego rental market conditions are looking up with a high demand for Electra, Park Place, The Grande North and South towers which is a change from recent past. The concentration people that are looking are in the $3200 a month and below. People want to live in downtown but they want a bargain and willing to wait. But people don’t wait too long because I am seeing inventory drying up with more people opting to rent than buy due to the market. With some prospect tenants trying to negotiate the price too hard are finding themselves ass out.
